The word(s) "oppress" appears 41 time(s) in 39 verse(s) in Quran in Mohsin Khan translation.

(31) And indeed Yusuf (Joseph) did come to you, in times gone by, with clear signs, but you ceased not to doubt in that which he did bring to you: till when he died you said: "No Messenger will Allah send after him." Thus Allah leaves astray him who is a Musrif (a polytheist, an oppressor, a criminal, sinner who commit great sins) and a Murtab (one who doubts Allah's Warning and His Oneness).
(32) And those who, when an oppressive wrong is done to them, take revenge.
(33) The recompense for an evil is an evil like thereof; but whoever forgives and makes reconciliation, his reward is with Allah. Verily, He likes not the Zalimun (oppressors, polytheists, and wrong-doers).
(34) The way (of blame) is only against those who oppress men and rebel in the earth without justification; for such there will be a painful torment.
(35) And whomsoever Allah sends astray, for him there is no Wali (protector, helper, guardian) after Him. And you will see the Zalimun (polytheists, wrong-doers, oppressors): when they behold the torment, they will say: "Is there any way of return (to the world)?"
(36) His companion (Satan - devil)] will say: "Our Lord! I did not push him to transgression, (in disbelief, oppression, and evil deeds) but he was himself in error far astray."
(37) Then for him who transgressed all bounds, (in disbelief, oppression and evil deeds of disobedience to Allah).
(38) And none can deny it except every transgressor beyond bounds, (in disbelief, oppression and disobedience to Allah) the sinner!
(39) Therefore, treat not the orphan with oppression.
