(83) (Habitually) hindering (all) good, transgressing beyond bounds, deep in sin,

(84) They said: "Alas for us! We have indeed transgressed!

(85) But those who trespass beyond this are transgressors;-

(86) For the transgressors a place of destination:

(87) "Go thou to Pharaoh for he has indeed transgressed all bounds:

(88) Then, for such as had transgressed all bounds,

(89) And none can deny it but the transgressor beyond bounds the Sinner!
